Ocean Breeze is a two-building condominium community with a total of seventy-eight units in Perdido Key, Florida. The eight-story buildings were built in 1984. Ocean Breeze East has 31 units and Ocean Breeze West has 47 units. They are one mile apart on Perdido Key Drive and both sit directly on the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

 

Ocean Breeze of Perdido is a Florida not-for-profit corporation having seven directors who are elected by the general body of owners for a term of one year at the annual meeting of owners, in October. The Board meets quarterly.
